The world famous American outdoor art exhibit space in Long Island City in Queens, New York, considered to be the world's premiere "graffiti mecca", where aerosol artists from around the globe painted colorful pieces on the walls of a 200,000-square-foot (19,000 m
2) factory building. It was known as a place where New York’s graffiti artists and well known artists from all over the world to legally practice
their craft. the location has served as a gathering spot and also drew in tourism for the last
two decades. Now, the location will make way for a new condominium
complex once demolition is complete.
